Seminars and Lectures
In
her lectures and workshops, Dr. Selhub explains the hard science behind the
physical benefits of deliberately shifting into a place of positive physiology
and proactively creating a state of balance and clarity of body and mind. She
instructs participants in a set of simple practices that allows them to find –
in mere moments – an inner stillness, enabling the neurobiology of the body and
mind into a state of flow and resilience, the hallmarks of health and success.
Seminars and lectures can vary in length according to the needs of
the group. Training seminars can be 1 to 2 days or 2 hours weekly for six to
eight weeks. Individual sessions
are available and are recommended.
