Fear, anger, and anxiety are natural and sometimes helpful, but when they go on for too long they can lead to a list of debilitating ailments. Insomnia, heart disease, arthritis, gastrointestinal problems, and many others are now so common we assume they are unavoidable.
I invite you to discover your own natural ability to cope with stress and strengthen your ability to heal.
Developing the resilience we need to cope with the challenges of everyday life is a skill we can all acquire if we practice it. Reading about health, balance, and resilience is not enough. When we put the theory into practice we master the art of choosing our stress response and acting from a place of love and gratitude instead of anger and fear. That’s why I created this new program.
This new online program will help you to:
- Understand the stress response and its relationship to health and disease.
- Understand the physiology of love, the Love Response®, as an antidote to stress and stress physiology.
- Build your skills for coping better, thinking more clearly, becoming more creative, and for turning obstacles into opportunities for success.
- Practice the Active Belief System, my proprietary method which teaches you to actively change beliefs and your physiology into The Love Response®.
The complete course contains eight sessions. Every week a new session will be available for you with downloadable audio meditations, practice exercises and suggestions for homework. Included are:
- 17 guided meditations that you can download on your mobile device so you can access them whenever and wherever you need them
- Exercises that help you become more aware of how you deal with stress and what triggers your stress reactions
- Questions that provide insight into the underlying causes of your response to stress
- Hands-on advice on how to choose your stress response
