Stress is natural in our every day lives. In the work place, a little stress can be motivating, helpful, influencing productivity and excitement about possible success. Too much stress though, can be debilitating and may often lead to more sick days, loss of motivation, productivity and creativity.

Bringing the knowledge and resources developed and created within Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts General Hospital, over 20 years of private practice and as a resiliency expert, Dr. Selhub has created the Health and Resiliency Program (HARP), aimed to provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to restoring wellbeing and resilience within companies.
